We are group of not-for-profit organizations & volunteers with leadership and logistics support from Consulate General of Ukraine in Edmonton & Chicago, Firefighter Aid Ukraine.

How should I pack & label the items?
There are volunteers at each location who will open the boxes, repack them in bigger bulks, and clear everything with the customs. It would help to have description of the contents on the package.

When will the airplane depart?
Each location’s schedule is different. Planes are boboked and departing on as they filled. We have filled 2 planes so far - on in Edmonton and one in Chicago.
How will donated money be spent?
All money goes towards purchase of emergency response equipment for Ukraine.
How will the goods be distributed?
Goods are handed off to State Emergency Services at the Polish-Ukrainian border, which is the official distribution channel of the Ukrainian government.
